Policy Manual
The Society's Policy Manual includes detailed policies, procedures and guidelines for the operation of the Society, its Board of Directors and various committees.
By-Laws
The Society's Constitution is embodied in By-Law Number One. It was incorporated in 1968 under Letters Patent and reincorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act in 2013. The Articles of Continuance include the Society's objects and establish the authority of the bylaws and the Society's Board of Directors.
