Astronomy on the Cheap - Summer/Fall Challenge Using Binoculars

A ten-minute discussion on how to use binoculars to view deep sky objects in the night sky will be followed by an epic road trip! We will leave home and travel the galactic highway from North to South, collecting observations to meet the Summer/Fall challenge. The Challenge is to identify ten of twelve asterisms/constellations we will visit along the way, as well as ten of twelve deep sky object that can be found using binoculars. You will visit galaxies, open clusters, double stars, globular clusters, nebula and small asterisms along the Milky Way super highway.
