Rathan "Ray" Balasingam (b. 1973) is a Canadian technician who built the OSIRIS-REx Laser Altimeter. He has worked on a wide variety of space hardware, most notably on Canadarm and Canadarm2, the robotic arms used on the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station.
