The Society Office provides the following services:

• RASC merchandise - RASC merchandise and clothing is available for purchase at the office (cash and credit cards accepted).  The staff handle distribution management for the Society's promotional items inventory.
• Membership Processing - Acceptance and processing of membership applications for all Centres, maintaining the membership database, and managing the transfer of Centre fees on a regular basis.
• Publications - Managing the distribution of RASC publications to members, Centres, subscribers, dealers, other astronomy clubs, and the public. Interfacing with our publishing firms on a regular basis to keep the Journal, Calendar, and Handbook production flowing smoothly.
• Archives - the RASC maintains extensive materials illustrative of its activities and the course of astronomy in Canada going back to the Society's founding in 1868. There is also a rare book collection with printed and manuscript materials from ca. 1700. A brief description of the holdings can be found here, and some materials can be consulted online. • Referral Service - if the office staff can't help you, they will refer you one of the dozens of Society volunteers who most likely can.
