Note: this page is out of date (Dec 2007) and needs to be updated. The national Council created a Board Pilot Committee in the summer of 2007 and this committee is helping the Executive Committee run the Society between Natioanl Council meetings, do medium-range planning, and experiment with Board-based governance. At the National Council Meeting of November 4, 2006 an initative was launched to consider revision of the Society's governance structure and bylaws to encourage more effective governance and to better allocate valuable resources. This page is reserved for working papers and downloadable documents related to this initative.
