
Jupiter on 1959 July 29/30 at 21:16 EDT (01:16 UT) as sketched by Milan Ihnat. C.M.(1) 281°, C.M.(2) 237°. 6½" refractor at 133x. Seeing good. North is down, east to the right. Transparency good. Middle projection on N equatorial belt seemed to be more pointed. Other belts had darkenings.
