Dupont Street Property Sold

The Executive and Property Committees hereby announce that our national office building in Toronto has been sold. The closing date is 2009-March-20.
The National Council authorized the sale, for a variety of reasons, at its November 2008 meeting. Members can read a report to Council with details in the members-only section of the site.
Needless to say, we are pleased that a buyer was found so quickly given the market conditions.
We will be firming up the requirements for new office space shortly and will begin to search for leased office space in Toronto. I'd like to personally thank the executive and property committees who have all worked diligently throughout this process.
