2012 General Assembly Registration

To register for the 2012 GA, simply review your selections below and then click on the links to select and add your options to your shopping cart. When you have completed your purchases, then you can checkout using Visa, MasterCard or Cheque. You will be asked to provide your registration details upon checkout. Note that you can return to your shopping cart at any time to complete your registration.

Conference Registration		$135.00 until May 31, 2012
Your conference registration fee includes admission to all General Assembly events other than meals and functions.

GA Registration Info and Policies

To register for the 2012 General Assembly choose your registration options and checkout to register yourself and any guests who may be participating. Upon submission, your registration will be processed and you will receive a registration confirmation which is your receipt. Visa, MasterCard and personal cheques are accepted.

Note that on-line registrations will close on June 18, 2012. If you wish to register after this date then you must do so at the door. In the event a delegate has sent registration by mail and it has not been received by the time the delegate arrives then they will be asked to register in person. The mailed in cheque will be returned to them upon receipt during the conference, or via mail following the conference. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation prior to June 12, 2012 will be refunded less a $15.00 administration fee.
Cancellation between June 12 and June 26, 2012 will be refunded less a 50% administration fee.
Cancellation after June 25, 2012 will not be refunded.

The University of Alberta does not have an on-line registration system. Please book your campus accommodations separately by calling 780 492 6056 or emailing guest.services@ualberta.ca. Mention RASC GA 2012 to obtain conference rates. Arrange parking requirements while booking your accomodations.
