ANNOUNCEMENT # 5.    February 19, 1963

         COMET IKEYA  (1963a)

       During February and the first
half of March, this fourth or fifth
magnitude comet will be visible in
the western sky soon afer sunset.
The comet moves very rapidly until
early March.  Reports on this comet
would be appreciated.
