Thomas Lindsay Pocket Watch

Thomas Lindsay Pocket Watch

William Caldwell, the great, great grandson of Thomas Lindsay has been kind enough to send pictures and information (in January 2014) about a pocket watch presented by the Toronto Astronomical Society:

I was recently given a pocket watch by my father. He had received it on his 18th birthday from his mother, Thomas Lindsay's granddaughter Lois Caldwell. The pocket watch has the following engraved on the back:

"Presented to: Mr. T Lindsay
By the TAS
Jan 1901"
